• The Automatic Thermocycling dipping machine is designed for simulation of oral temperature changes. The sample is immersed cyclically in baths of hot, warm and cold fluids. The machine is controlled by programmable logic controller (PLC) system with a touch screen as the interface for users. A simulation cycle was built as a mobile arm with a basket of one or more profiles, where the user can select two or three types of temperature. All six tanks are independent of each other and can be controlled via a touch screen.
  • The UML-V1 is a CNC lathe machine is the first Malaysian Made CNC Lathe. It is designed and developed by researchers and academicians of AMMP Centre, University of Malaya, Malaysia. The machine was designed to incorporate industry standard requirements and features while at the same time is user friendly, especially for beginner-level users.

Meanwhile, the amounts of municipal soli wastes are increasing due to economic development and density of population, especially in the developing countries. The composite brick forming machine was designed to produce building bricks using the combination of mortar and Municipal Solid Waste (MSW). The machine is designed to be easily handled and transportable to remote and disaster-stricken areas for rapid rebulilding of houses.

Miniature Channel Cooling System for Personal Computers, Sciencefund, 2008-2009

A series of water based cooling solutions for Personal Computers and Servers were designed and developed. Micro machining processes and advanced brazing techniques were utilised for the fabrication of a miniature channel water block, used for the cooling of high temperature microprocessors.

The soap rilling machine was designed and developed for the batch production of soap product from natural ingredients. It is a semi-automated assembly, capable of producing over 100 bars of soap/day. The machine is targeted for cottage industries, empowering village folks to commercialize soap recipes which includes traditional ingredients such as virgin coconut oil, nutmeg oil, and betel leaf extracts.
